In October 30, the first republican forum of tripartite cooperation “ASAR” was launched in Atyrau, aimed at interaction between the state sector, business and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Among other things, the Forum noted that within the framework of the tasks set by the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, in his programmatic article «Spiritual revival (Рухани жаңғырту)» 11 projects are being implemented in the region.
